Our History
A Christian Book Club is different
only in it's book choices. We were
interested in starting a Christian reading group
that read books with good,
"clean," stories. You can find a beautiful love
story in a Christian romance book.
Our members love to read and came prepared to
discuss the books. We always have a great
fellowship with food and fun. What started
with a few members, has grown to include people
from various churches across the bi-city area.
We evolved from merely going to the bookstore
for author book signings to hosting the authors
and bookstore tours to come to us. We have
recently been instrumental in bringing
several authors on the New York Times best
selling list to our functions. The book
reviewers and publishers now know our "First
Lady" on a first name basis. So, keep
watching, listening and most of all READING! |
